Shipping Methods

In our boutiques there are more than 8.000 jewellery pieces and watches available for you to purchase or sample!

The order you make online via our E-shop are shipped by the ACS Courier and their delivery in Greece as well as COD service is free of charge!  For shipping in another EU country, we collaborate with TNT and the charge is according to the TNT official list. Depending on the order and place of delivery within the EU, we make any effort possible to cover the shipping and security cost, so when this is feasible, we will be glad to inform you that the shipping cost will be covered by us.

Products which are available at our stores are carefully packaged, get checked and are shipped within 2 working days. In the event that the product is available at our supplier, delivery time may be extended by 3-5 working days. If, for any reason, there is greater delay we will contact you so that you know exactly the delivery time.

There is always the option of online orders via our E-shop and delivery from the store of your convenience (see. Click & Collect). We notify you when the product is ready and you can receive it in the entrance of our store without having to enter the store!

Finally, for shipping within the metropolitan conurbation area of Thessaloniki, there is the option of V.I.P Service delivery from a member of the TEMPUS JEWELLERY SALES TEAM staff at your place or  to whoever the gift purchased is for, upon request and on the condition of staff availability.
