In our stores it is our common belief that every customer is unique. The jewellery or watch of one’s preference, is always the best for them. With more than 40 different brands and 8.000 jewellery pieces and watches at your disposal, it is certain that you will find the one that satisfies your needs!
For this reason, even for products that are purchased to be offered as gifts, we provide you with a special change card, valid for a month, after we get informed!
The accounting registration for the purchase is not finalized for this period of time and the customer who receives the gift can change it within this period in any of our stores with any product they wish. If the customer cannot find something they like, they can use credit so that they redeem whenever they wish. Gifts cannot be exchanged for a refund, but instead the deadline for a change can be extended to one month, after a specific request!
Especially for products that are purchased from our e-shop or generally “remote”, via a phone call with delivery to the customer’s place, our stores offer the option of change or return product (even refund) within 14 days of the purchase day. The reason for the above is the fact that the customer has not been sampled in person as well as that photos do not accurately depict every detail.
The change or return product can be effective under the following conditions:
- The product must not have been used in any way possible nor have been subjected to any alteration (e.g change in its dimensions). It must also be included in the package in the same condition as purchased. Any possible special gift alongside with the main purchase must also be returned and in case there is the special tag “Tempus Jewellery – Do Not Remove This Tag To Return” this must not be removed.
- The customer wishes to return the product must notify the store mentioning the number of the order they made through the e-shop, within ευλογο χρ.διαστημα as well as that they wish to return the order. Afterwards, the customer can either bring the product to the store or send it via a courier company, within 14 days. The customer takes responsibility of any possible damage or loss. In case the returned products are damaged or missing something, the store holds the right of unilateral or piecemeal setoff between the demand of the customer and damage.
- The warranty, instructions for use and purchase receipt must be included in the package.
- The returned product must not be custom – personalized. Specific orders, such as engraved products with initial letters is not possible to be returned even if they have been purchased online. The aforementioned applies to seasonal products, as well.
- Products which have been activated, such as Smartwatch cannot be returned.
- The “return within 14 days” right is not in accordance with the existence or not of the manufacturer’s warranty(see also “Warranty”).
As long as the aforementioned are applicable, the steps to be taken are the following:
Once we receive the returned product, a detailed control will follow and if no problem occurs as to its condition, package or documentation you will be notified by email. In case you desire a replacement with a new product, then we notify you as to its availability and we deliver it as soon as possible(a new replacement is not possible). If the new chosen product is lower in price, then the amount is credited for future purchases. In case you request a refund, the procedure occurs within 14 days of the date of receipt and it is veery simple:
The refund is reached in the initial means of payment. In case of cash-on delivery, the refund is reached at direct deposit of the customer’s bank account.
The customer must notify us via email in [email protected] regarding their IBAN, the bank details and the account holder’s name. For security reasons, the primary or secondary account holder’s name needs to be the same as to the one chosen in the invoice and written on the receipt.
